Personalized and small group training sessions designed under functional training theories and principles. These personal training sessions focus on the specific needs and goals of the client, and based on the evaluation conducted prior to the initial workout program. Personal Training can be geared towards a performance in a specific sport, injury prevention/rehabilitation, and general health improvement. Fitness Program Design can also be implemented, which includes 2 Personal Training Sessions with a customized workout. Nutrition & Wellness Consulting

Private nutrition & wellness consulting services for persons seeking nutritional advice, weight management, and enhancing health and fitness performance. Through these sessions individuals will learn the benefits of nutrients, vitamins, and enriched foods. A nutritional plan will be designed specifically to meet the goals of each individual with a focus on eating habits and a balanced nutritional diet. Additionally, this program focuses on managing stress, increasing your energy and motivation, and improving your overall health.

Coach for Rogue Training Systems

Rogue Training Systems is an Austin-based training program that combines elite level training concepts & applies them to the everyday runner. Rogue fosters an authentic community of runners who views themselves as athletes, not joggers. Programs are geared towards beginner, intermediate, and professional runners with a variety of programs including 5K, 10K, half and full marathon races, as well as trail running and tri-athlons. Phil “Panther” Carmical and Erin Madden are well-known coaches for Rogue Training Systems. Coach Panther currently leads Team Riff Raff which is open to runners with all levels of ability, pace, and experience.

Private Swim Instruction

Private and Semi-Private swim lessons and instruction for youth and adults at any skill level. This teaching progression can be customized in conjunction with an existing training schedule and tailored to enhance the skills of competitive swimmers and/or tri-athletes, focusing on stroke technique and conditioning. Additionally, we teach youth and adults how to swim for fun, safety, and fitness!
